How did I get into UX?
I ventured into UX through a self-driven passion for creating user-centric designs. I am a customer service enthusiast, with transferable skills in graphics branding, and front-end development, but as I explored more design areas, I became fascinated with the complexities of understanding the users, their pain points, frustrations, how users interact with digital products and the idea of building for my users. I wanted to dive deeper into crafting experiences that weren’t just visually appealing but also intuitive and satisfying for users. Learning UX felt like the perfect way to merge my creative skills with problem-solving to add real value to people’s everyday digital interactions.
What am I passionate about?
I’m passionate about designs that solve real-world problems and elevate user experiences. Seeing how a well-designed product can enhance user satisfaction, streamline processes, and even drive business growth excites me. I also have a keen interest in customer acquisition and how design impacts user behavior and business outcomes.
